A Fangirl's Rant: "No.6"

All year I've been searching for a good series to watch.

After crawling through Nurarihyon no Mago and Legend of the Legendary Heroes, I was still feeling thirsty for something more fulfilling. Both were good and interesting at first, but the abrupt randomness and hurried sprint to the cliffhanger endings were total let-downs. I really hate it when an anime feels like the director is just trying to get it over with.

My search soon spilled over Shirokuma Cafe - the utterly adorable, slice-of-life series featuring a world where animals and humans live together in harmony. I was originally drawn to this anime because many of my very favorite voice-actors were cast as various animals. It was love at first episode. The characters, the cuteness, and the simple but sweet plot tickled my heart. "Shirokuma Cafe" gave me happiness and laughter in an otherwise stressful life.

But I was not yet satisfied... that is, until I found No.6.

The answer to my prayers...Collapse )

First Thoughts on "Lightning Returns"

I wanted to let my emotions and thoughts kinda settle before I posted anything here. It's been a few days after the big announcement, and since then, more important announcements have popped up too. I'm think I'm ready to talk now.

So far so good, Square Enix.Collapse )

It's the 31st of August here, but in Japan, it should already be September 1st: the fated day when Square Enix celebrates 25 brilliant years of Final Fantasy... and announces the new direction for the Final Fantasy XIII series.

I"m so stressed out, it hurts. XDCollapse )

I'm sick. Can't take a nap because my symptoms will get even worse if I lie down. (T_T) I've decided to rant some more about the PSP game Final Fantasy Type-0 after about 2 weeks of playing it.

Aghhhhh~ heavy head is heavy.Collapse )

I'm bored and there's a few more hours left before work, so here's a quick ramble about the PSP game Final Fantasy Type-0 before I actually play it.

Can"t wait for my birthday~♪Collapse )

[LYRICS] "Yakusoku no Basho" by Fukui Mai

"Yakusoku no Basho" is the Japanese ending theme for Final Fantasy XIII-2, and is sung by Fukui Mai. A fellow fan on NicoNico Douga noticed that the lyrics of this beautiful song fit the HopeXLightning couple extremely well - as if the song was made for them.

If I could embrace you once more, I would never let you go...Collapse )

Sorry! This took a little longer than expected. ^^;

Oh gosh I love this pairing. (*___*)Collapse )

This is a summary of what was said and done in the hilarious 35th and final broadcast of the Kuroshitsuji II Webradio "Phantom Party Night - A Midnight Masquerade". It features the lovely seiyuus for Grell Sutcliff (Fukuyama Jun), Ronald Knox (KENN), and William T. Spears (Sugiyama Noriaki).
